Authorized Repair

CROWN TRAILERS agrees to repair or replace such equipment, which, under normal use of service
and maintenance, discloses the defect to be the fault of our manufacture. The manufacturer’s warranty
will be void if it is found that any boat has been loaded and/or transported improperly. Warranty repairs are to
be carried out by CROWN TRAILERS or a CROWN TRAILERS authorized agent.
Reimbursement for any repair will not be paid without prior written consent of CROWN TRAILERS.
The TWO YEAR Warranty covers the frame assembly.

Attachments

Paint, parts or assemblies manufactured by CROWN TRAILERS which attach to the frame and body assembly
will have a ONE YEAR Warranty from the date manufacture.
Parts and assemblies not manufactured by CROWN TRAILERS will carry warranties set out by the manufacturers
of these parts and assemblies.

Labour and Parts

CROWN TRAILERS will only pay for the portion of labour and parts to effect the repair of the
defective unit. CROWN TRAILERS will not be responsible for any consequence or accidental
damage that may be incurred as a result of any defect; including, but not limited to, loss of use
of trailer, loss of time, or inconvenience.

This Warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied.
